The International Academic Forum (IAFOR) is a politically independent academic organization, which promotes international, intercultural and interdisciplinary research and exchange through academic events, publishing and consulting. IAFOR runs more than twenty academic conferences in Japan, the UK, and the USA, and its publishing activities include research journals, conference proceedings, as well as Eye Magazine. The organization is partnered with some of the world’s foremost seats of learning, including the University of London (UK) and Waseda University (Japan) and its conferences are organized in affiliation with these partners. IAFOR is also the parent organization of four newly formed research institutes.

IAFOR is rapidly expanding, and we want to find the right people to help us grow, and that want to grow with us. If you are confident, well-presented, self-motivated and hardworking, capable of working with others on projects both as part of a team, as well as independently, and possess excellent interpersonal and communicative skills, please get in touch as we would like to hear from you.

Latest Volunteer Opportunities

IAFOR is currently looking for volunteers to assist at the following upcoming international conference(s). Volunteers duties include greeting delegates, helping with registration, guiding delegates to meeting rooms, and answering basic questions. Those able to volunteer 20 hours or more will receive an official certificate stating completion of the IAFOR Volunteer Program. Applicants will be interviewed via Skype or video chat.
