In this follow-up interview to his Featured Speech at the IAFOR Asian Business and Management Conference (ABMC2013) and the Asian Conference on Politics, Economics & Law (ACPEL2013) Prof. Yagi continues his discussion on problem solving in Japanese business, the strengths of Japanese business, Japan’s place in the world as well as a brief overview of his own distinguished and varied career.

Edward Yagi is a full professor at Nanzan University Graduate School of Business Administration in Nagoya, Japan. Prof. Yagi’s primary areas of research and teaching are international personnel management and international marketing. He is currently writing a book about large organizations and organizational dysfunction.
