IAFOR President, Dr. Joseph Haldane, sits down with Dr. Amy Szarkowski and Dr. Yukinori Komine of Harvard University.

Dr. Amy Szarkowski is a Psychologist in the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Program at Boston Children’s Hospital and an Instructor in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Yukinori Komine is an Associate in Research at the Edwin O. Reischauer Institute of Japanese Studies at Harvard.

Doctors Szarkowski and Komine were Co-Featured Speakers at the IAFOR North American Conference on Social Sciences 2014 (NACSS2014).

In this interview Dr. Haldane discusses Veterans with Disabilities and the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities with Doctors Szarkowski and Komine.
