The IAFOR Journal of Education is an internationally reviewed and editorially independent Open Access interdisciplinary journal associated with IAFOR’s international conferences on education.
The journal’s Executive Editor, Dr Yvonne Masters, is calling for reviewers to assist with the peer review process for the upcoming journal issue, Inclusive Education.
About the Issue
The IAFOR Journal of Education: Inclusive Education encourages exploration of significant themes, exceptional programs and best practices in the inclusion of students from different and diverse backgrounds in education. This can include, but is not exclusive to inclusive approaches to gender, sexuality, ethnicity, culture, religion, disability and age in different education contexts. Read more about the issue here.
How to Apply
Candidates for the role of Senior Reviewer should have:
- a PhD in the field of Inclusive Education;
- a strong publication record in the field of Inclusive Education;
- prior experience as a peer reviewer for relevant journals;
- excellent English language skills;
- strong critical assessment abilities;
- excellent communication and time management skills.
Senior reviewers are expected to review 2 - 3 papers for the issue of the journal
Candidates for the role of Reviewer should have:
- a PhD or Masters in in the field of Inclusive Education;
- an emerging publication record in the field of Inclusive Education;
- excellent English language skills;
- strong critical assessment abilities;
- excellent communication and time management skills.
Reviewers are expected to review 1 - 2 papers for the issue of the journal.
Please send your CV and a cover letter to journals.admin@iafor.org with "Inclusive Education Reviewer Application" in the subject line. As submissions are already open for this issue and the publication date is March 11, 2022, you will need to be available to review from now up to the end of January. The closing date for applications is Monday, October 25, 2021.
