Lehigh University's College of Arts and Sciences is IAFOR's latest affiliate in our global partnership alliance. As part of a growing educational and research network, these partnerships confirm the integrity and high academic standing of the organisation, particularly with regard to our international and intercultural objectives.
Lehigh's College of Arts and Sciences, in Pennsylvania, USA, is home to cutting-edge interdisciplinary programs in Asian, Latin American, Global Islamic, and Africana Studies, as well as Sustainable Development and 18th Century Studies, among many others. It is a great match for IAFOR's interest in supporting innovative work that crosses boundaries of disciplines and cultures. The agreement was signed by Dean Donald E. Hall, who has delivered plenary addresses at IAFOR conferences in Osaka, Japan and Brighton, UK. Professor Hall has made interdisciplinary research and education a key priority for his college and is eager to promote the work of IAFOR among faculty, students, and colleagues at Lehigh and across the US.
