We are delighted to announce that from 2019, articles from the IAFOR Journal of Literature & Librarianship are now listed in Elsevier’s Scopus database. Scopus is the #1 curated abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed literature, covering over 23,000 journals. By being included in Scopus it will mean the visibility of research from the journal will be greatly enhanced.
Congratulations to the Editors, Editorial Boards and Reviewers for all their hard work in the past eight years. Under the current Editor, Dr Bernard Montoneri, and the Founding Editor, Dr Richard Donovan, eight volumes and nine issues of the Journal have been published and the title has become widely indexed. Since April 2012, around 60 academics have had their research published in the IAFOR Journal of Literature & Librarianship.
About the Journal
The IAFOR Journal of Literature & Librarianship aspires to find a balance between promoting cutting-edge research in the relevant fields and providing a forum for dialogue about the forms, roles and concerns of literature and librarianship in the 21st century. It also aims to place the latest work of well-established and respected experts alongside the breakthrough pieces of up-and-coming academics, fostering the sense of a conversation between generations of thought leaders.
All papers are reviewed according to standard peer-review processes, regardless of whether or not the authors have attended a related IAFOR conference.
